… and our community rental environment.

Over the past year, with the pressures of Covid, we’ve had the opportunity to provide a Northwoods escape to many guests through our rental cottages.

This has been a wonderful opportunity to invite people to experience the peninsula and for us to bring potential “new neighbors” to the Brickyard.

Winter rentals have been prevalent and some of your neighbors are already seeing summer weeks booking. (To our renter community members: We want to see your faces here too! So, be sure to pre-book YOUR TIME at Brickyard this summer.)

The delicate balance of our residents/renters community ecosystem depends on transparent communication, especially under the pressure of the upcoming likely-to-be-crazy-busy summer season.

In an effort to actively work on balance and transparency, the Rental Oversight Group was created in 2020. The volunteer group is a mix of your neighbors, meeting to find ways to support your rental, our community guests, as well as our residents.
